What games are you guys looking forward to?
Next week is a huge week for my PS4. Dragon Quest XI and Spider-Man three days later! So excited.
Let's start this! I have Spiderman pre-ordered. I'm hoping it's as good as it looks. We need a topic for this game. The collector's edition steelbook (red with white spider logo) looks awesome. I dig the scheme of that... I want it... lol... but I don't want to buy the full collectors edition.
The hopes are to play this game day one with all the cool kids.
I've only even been excited about two spider man games, maximum carnage and the Spiderman that was like GTA on the ps2... Hearing you guys hype up this newest makes me feel like I've completely overlooked it. is there a reason people are pumped?
Just preordered the Spiderman game yesterday because Jacob wanted the extra preorder stuff. XD It really looks cool though, but I'm really getting frustrated with how many games I have to play right now.
I was cautiously optimistic about Spider-Man and then I watched Digital Foundry's tech analysis. Holy crap am I excited for this game now. I think this is the first game to really make me want a 4K TV (not that I didn't want one before. )

Spider-Man, Red Dead 2, Soul Calibur 6, Smash Bros Ultimate, Doom Eternal, and Black Ops 4. The next year in gaming is going to be phenomenal and I just cannot wait for all these titles to drop.
Spider-man is the first game to earn Marvel's seal of approval. Which means it'll be the first game to have the Marvel logo with the comic book flip (as all the movies do). I am VERY excited for this game. Preordered the digital deluxe edition that comes with the season pass. Already preloaded and ready for midnight to hit!
I'm actually somewhat excited about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Is anyone else looking forward to this game?

We need to get people together to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 - Playstation 4 (https://www.chickendinnergaming.com/forum/index.php?topic=442.0). That and to play Diablo 3 again.
I pre-ordered Psyvariar Delta for the Nintendo Switch (https://www.chickendinnergaming.com/forum/index.php?topic=365.0). It's a pretty cool Shmup... so I'm looking forward to it launching end of November.
I'm also pretty hyped for Smash Bros Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch. (https://www.chickendinnergaming.com/forum/index.php?topic=340.0) This may be the last game I buy for 2018.. though that Metroid is coming out.

NOPE.... I misread. That's not until next year. So... Smash Bros Ultimate will be it outside Psyvariar.
I think all that's left for me (after everything I've preordered and already purchased) is MAYBE Red Dead 2. I've got so much to play though and am certain it'll get cheap rather quickly...

@Strubes playing it on PS4... plus a couple other friends. It definitely looks tempting... just not sure at this time.
