Ok.... I've seen a few commercials on this game.  Not sure exactly what I Think... but hey, free cardboard cutouts are included!

Here's the official Nintendo Site:
Nintendo Labo Official site - labo.nintendo.com

The slogan is "Make, Play, Discover."  All I can think of is when SpongeBob and Patrick when they were playing with the Cardboard box:

I mean... I get the concept but it seems super limited unless they will eventually offer new kits.  I'm envisioning expensive Nintendo cardboard kits.  Maybe I'm just being short sighted on this.

1st Look Video on Youtube:

I had to laugh a little at the fishing one... even though I'm a sucker for some fishing games.  Outside some cool cardboard creations... I just don't see where this is going to go.  It's creative... but it's a bit short on the longevity.    I'll give it this... AT LEAST someone is trying something new and not just running with cookie cutter creations.

So... are you interested in this title?  What are you looking for (or not).  Post it up!

@targetrasp LOL  .. there are some other pretty good uses for cardboard.  As far as Gimmick king.... Nintendo scores pretty high... Sega used to score pretty high as well.

Exactly... I'm scratching my head on this one.  I get the concept of creative time and MAYBE trying to extend beyond games... somehow... but this might be pushing it... especially if it's a premium price.  I mean... you're paying to wear cardboard.

Maybe I'm missing something?
