Call of Duty Cold War - No Steel Book Version

I figured there would be special editions and pre-orders launched after the big reveal.   So far, there is no special editions or Steel book editions being launched.  Normally I would pick up the Steel book edition and have done so for the most part when available... and when I didn't slack on the pre-order process.  I will say, there are a few that I do not have the Steel Book version.

It appears there will be no editions with additional COD swag... AND... it appears they are trying to get more people to order digital as they are providing some extras for buying those.
