I remember @Grindspine saying how good this game is.   I originally was going to purchase it on steam... you can find it a tad cheaper there.  Obviously, it's not a physical copy though.   I'm looking at picking up a copy of Giana Sisters Twisted Dream Directors Cut - Wii U at the $10ish price new... and I found a couple on amazon.com.  Why?  I'd like the physical copy.

How well does this stack up to the PC version?  Pretty much play and look the same?  Everything I see in the reviews seems to point this is a good version to own.

Man... On a Wii U kick tonight browsing Amazon.  Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge - Nintendo Wii U right now is $7ish for a new copy.    I'm very tempted to pick this up and store it back for awhile or break it out later this summer.

The reviews look OK... not super stellar... but it looks like there is decent play value.

So this looks pretty cool... definitely a good price.  I think I'm going to pick up a copy to try it out... hard to go wrong with a Ninja Gaiden title for $7ish new.

I've played a couple of the Darksiders games... but I've stuck mostly to the editions on Steam.  I believe I have Darksiders 1 and 2... and was starting to do achievements on Darksiders 2 a couple years back.   They seemed to be a fun hack and slash... I just became too busy to finish.

Has anyone played Darksiders: Warmastered Edition on the Wii U?  Is it pretty good on the Wii U format?  The reviews I saw stated this was a really good title for one of the last Wii U titles.

@retro junkie or @targetrasp  might be interested in this... it's definitely nice priced at Amazon.. like $10.99-ish brand new.  I like to pick up new games at that price.

@AngelBob  yeah... Animal Crossing is rather fun.  I get more in there DS and 3DS versions, but it was pretty fun on the iPad and is worth a few plays.  I think @Mai Valentine plays that as well.

You know.. Even in the old days at the old site... lurkers were common lol.   A lot of our members lurk.. And it's awesome when they jump off the fence and participate. We definitely can use the additional activity to continue moving the site forward.  Either way, we are glad to have you on board.

Big gamer or not, we have movie posts and other things In the general board in the nexus ... feel free to post up in any topic no matter how old.   We also have retro and sections for older systems - @retro junkie , @targetrasp , and @CreepinDeth  frequent those a bit more... especially with the classic systems coming out!

Awesome... thank you.  Yeah... I'm really looking to pre-order this one as well.  It looks pretty cool and hours of fun... for the backlog.  I never really completed a Mana game.  SO... I'd like to do that with these.

I wonder if @Mai Valentine or @CreepinDeth will be on this one.  Maybe @Jack as well lol.

it seems a good way to cut costs / push people to buy the collectors editions. Anymore there's at best a sheet telling you where to view the manual online.

@targetrasp  Anymore... there's not even a sheet telling you that.  Most Switch games don't have a paper... nothing about Nintendo Online OR any other Nintendo Services.

All you have to do is type @  and then the user's name (without the space).  It will start to auto populate

@targetrasp Nice!   You should post the levels here ... we will give them a play.  Make sure to play the other's in the list as well.

It would be cool to get a level sharing thing going on.  I bet @mastermario and maybe @SpartanEvolved will buy this as well.

I'm surprised @Kinikko hasn't checked this out yet.  I cannot remember if @Jack was on this title as well.  But the extra's seem to be pretty cool for a collectors edition.  Many other editions are lacking lately.   IE there hasn't been many releases like the release of Flash Back 25th Anniversary Edition on the Nintendo Switch.  That had a lot of cool extras.

Here's to hoping more collectors editions are released.

Well.. @targetrasp ... looks like we should've bought the game lol.  I've seen this upwards $300 now. I don't know if people are actually buying from sellers at that price.  That's the price I've seen lately.

I passed the 1st part of the Linux+ / LPIC 1 exam.  I am taking the next exam Thursday to finish.

Again.. I plan to post some of my notes... just command line stuff you can do and what not.  It's fairly helpful if studying... OR just trying to learn new stuff.

This game looks really good. I haven't pulled the trigger yet. But I keep looking at it and everything about this game looks really cool.  It also looks like something @retro junkie @CreepinDeth and @targetrasp would really like.

I kid.  So... there is a pretty cool Animal Crossing game called Animal Crossing Pocket Camp.   Other kids have enjoyed playing The Room, Temple Run, My Singing Monsters, and Adventure Capitalist.  Those should get you started!

Candy / Soda Crush and titles like that are good follow ups.

Yes -  click profile. That take you to your profile.   From there, you should see modify profile.

@retro junkie  Try clicking the modify profile - I think I missed that step. You should see modify -- look and layout.

@retro junkie If you go into your profile --> Look and Layout... you can the theme in there.

Let me know if you need additional help with that.

The theme is not fully customized yet... so not everything is 100%.  However, you can select the sunrise theme.  This allow you to either select dark or light per your preference.  You will need to set this in your profile.  The new theme will have Steam and Discord links at the bottom of the forum.  Once customized, I will have them displayed in different areas. 

The default theme will continue to be Wide (vVide) for the time being.

Please let me know if there are any issues.

Ew. They get stuck?  What do you have to do to remove them once stuck?  Just Yank a bit harder? Lol  hopefully that doesn't hurt contacts or anything.

Yeah.... Many older games on the N64 look super painful on newer tvs as well. It's frustrating at times. Even Wii and GameCube are pretty awful.  I'm looking for good solutions at this time.


Also, the Game Genie works ?
