Personally I would rather they design their AVS controller as the system with the games built in and from there TV hook up. That was what I was originally hoping for. I am not sure, but I am thinking that the cabinet design might not be practical for long plays unless you are setting at the dining table.

@retro junkie I like the concept idea you mentioned.  Make a solid awesome controller and do it all from there.

I took the switch out when I knew I was going to be sitting in an office waiting and the stupid thing seemed too big for mobile gaming but too small to play Zelda Breath of the Wild... I don't know about this thing being the next evolution in handheld gaming

@targetrasp I don't know man... I see what you are saying.  At 1st... I had the initial though of that.  But once it sank in... it felt like the next evolution in gaming and the route gaming COULD go.   Mario and Zelda... I see how you could say that... but I really got used to that initial thought... and it works well for me.  Games like Bomberman, Splatoon 2, and Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle worked great / translated well to the smaller format.  Those 3 games worked well on the bigger screen as well - So they covered both formats.


@retro junkie - on your pink GBA SP... is that a sticker or cover?  Or is that a special edition SP?

I've never been a big fan of Android... but I like this phone.   It has all the BlackBerry productivity tools (yeah... I'm business oriented) which is some of the best... and it's on the Android Platform.  I recommend this phone.  For the price it's great.  It's not the most powerful Android out there but it's powerful  enough and is super useful.

I also carry an iPhone 7 for work.

Can you still request facebook friends for more candy and extra stuff? That also turned me off a bit. Kept getting so many notifications and all candy crush requests.

That's pretty funny.   UGH... I remember when Facebook would have all the Farmville requests... and "Tim needs 5 Fairy Dust... Can you give Fairy Dust to Tim?"   NO!!!! I don't have that game!

@Mai Valentine What is Animal Crossing Pocket Camp?  I cannot believe I haven't heard of this Animal Crossing game.

Ah man... anything Mario Party.  Anything Bomberman... my favorite is Super Bomberman on the SNES... though Super Bomberman R is a pretty fun game as well.  Bomberman 64... LOL... where you could throw your friends off the ledge in the grassy level.   

New Super Mario Bros Wii made a GREAT Couch Coop game... if you didn't kill everyone in the room by the end of the night lol.

It's cool to have everyone coming back and I know it's slower... but gaining new members.   As it is now, we are definitely ahead of where we were with the old site. I'll create a topic on this at some point... but if we keep it up and keep attracting new people and add some of the newer features, we will have a super solid thing going on.

Back to the wings discussion, garlic parm rocks. I stopped really caring about BWW wings because they are generally hard and overcooked and they hardly put any sauce on them. Stop holding back dammit!

I actually prefer Hooter's wings and I just finished up some spicy garlic ones. Those things hurt the next day though.

@mastermario I don't know man... I order tradition (not bone in) all the time.  I also order all wings extra wet so I don't have that problem.  I even order Mango Habinero extra wet     lol.

I highly recommend an emulator then. It actually renders the games in higher resolutions rather than upscaling like the (S)NES Classic.

I agree @Jack   it would be cool to see HD versions.  But those may be better off on the switch with HD remaster.  Ie call it the 64 remastered collection. 


Then we could have hd, portable, and console versions on 1 console.

Then again... they probably would charge like $20+ per game. That would be the draw back. I probably would pay that for a remastered blast corps.

That's all I got, lol. I used to play it but it's a definitely a free to play game that wants you to purchase upgrades to keep going. There's only so much fun I can get out of that.

My son won the Infinity Gauntlet mode twice.... but they recently took the mode down.   I really wish the mode was still available.   It was legit.

@BLUEVOODU I've never recommended a game more in my life. It is absolutely worth the full price, I don't think the game will go down anytime soon.

I took a break from some if the Lego games and have been playing 3DS Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. 


Pretty good game. Made some initial progress

@Strubes very cool.  I had the habit of doing that on steam too lol.  My PS4 just filled up super fast. I put the 1TB drive in...  but it's filling up fast again.

Per everyone's recommendation, I will try an external hard drive at some point. Really... those used to be limiting factors (bus and speed)... but I guess it's not anymore.   I would think one would see a decrease of some sort in loading speed... especially as large as games are.  But maybe not.

Also... if I have 1 potato chips... the entire bag typically disappears 30 seconds afterwards.

Hm.... Taco bell....  Shredded chicken burrito,  grilled , add onions (onions are a free addition here).  Then a spicy tostada.    If skimping the calories..  2 spicy tostadas...... 440 cals and $2 + tax. Pretty filling lunch too.
