This one (as well as Ant-man and the Wasp) is available on Netflix for anyone who has yet to see it.

It's a great movie and being on Netflix means I don't have to take the shrink-wrap off my Steelbook to rewatch it.

Ant-Man and the Wasp is on Netflix now so I've finally watched it.

I must say, I enjoy these movies, just not enough to pay for them.

I started reading comics in the early 90s making the majority of my exposure what is now considered the copper age of comics. Ant-man just wasn't really featured then and as such not someone I really attached to.

The cast are awesome - Kate from Lost, Dutch from Killjoys, Josh from Clueless, the girl I get confused with the Hooters girl from Big Daddy, not to mention Gordon Gekko and Vicki Vale {{Correction - Kim Basinger was Vicki Vale, Michelle Pfeiffer was Catwoman before Halle}}... the story could be meh (which it kinda was) and I'd still enjoy. It also helps that Ant-man is such a 3rd string super hero I go in with no expectations, as such its hard to be disappointed.

if there are I can't name them. Outside of Rayman (which can be found on psx and Saturn) and Alien Vs. Predator, I got nothing

sweet, I want one

I've not played any multiplayer yet. I'm all about some ice hockey

Oh I know!

I bought some poorly coded terribly localized Japanese ecchi games on Steam just to see how truly perverted they were. It was the funniest and the saddest couple bucks I've ever spent. I wonder if that stuff actually gets people going or if its absurdist fiction in an anime wrap? I chose to believe the later

Pretty good. I wasn't familiar with bad lip reading.

I'd heard what an awesome game Burnout Paradise from some CDG members and bought it...

I'll have to give this one some serious thought... I'm sure there's something really stupid if I think hard enough

I love how C.J. is too bad ass for makeup. The MJ glove is a nice touch though

Still messing around with the NES games on Nintendo's Online service -

Zelda - Level 9
Zelda 2 - Palace 6
Super Mario 3 - world 5

Ninja Gaiden - beat but used the SP version (started off at right at Fighting Ryu's dad, then the end guy), still difficult, still hate / love that game.

Happy Birthday

I've not cranked it up. I've had some serious switch sessions replaying the first two Zelda games... I'll get there eventually

2015 is when RTP really changed. Wake and Durham counties poured a ton of money into the area. I've not seen it, just heard from friends.
#563
@BLUEVOODU I've not been anywhere near RTP since Phillip Rivers was playing for NC State. If you've been there since 2015 it's really turned into something. The crime rate in the Raleigh area in general is so much better than so many other cities BUT the city seems boring to me. If you like college basketball and hockey its awesome. As long as I've lived in NC I've not seen a single show in Raleigh. I've watched Korn and Rob Zombie in Greenville SC, Mastodon and Saliva in Asheville, and TONS of stuff in Charlotte, but nothing has ever got me out towards Raleigh.

we've hit 60 the last two days as well, it's kinda awesome

I think instead of tg-16 they should just go ahead and do a Turbo Express.

Started up Zelda 2 with the Nintendo online on the switch. Suspend points make this game infinitely less frustrating. I remember never having enough patience to beat it without the game genie. When you run out of lives you start back at the sleeping princess, often no where near where you were. Also, your experience got subtracted when an enemy hits you and completely reset when you had to continue. Now with the suspend feature when it gets to the last life I can save and retry from that point. it's really helpful to retry tough encounters until I reach that next experience milestone or finish off that palace boss before having to start all over and / or losing your experience progress.

I thought I was the only one.. I've wanted so hard to like these games and get into the series because a lot of people rave about them.. so far not one has given me a reason to play for very long.

We might have seen single digits once this year, and outside of one 13 inch snowfall we've had some pretty decent weather.
#569
top classic candidates that I would actively play

N64 (seems like a done deal already)
Sega Saturn
Sega Dreamcast

Interesting ones I'd at least collect

tg16 - great shooters, decent platformers, library is thin and gets old fast though
jaguar - there's really no library to be found but for some reason I love the console
3do  - if for nothing other than the laughably bad Plumbers Don't Wear Ties
cdi - please include the worst Zelda game ever made
Atari 2600, 5400, 7800 (for the miniaturized consoles, not the games)

Probably will happen but will disappoint me

PS2 - I think if I was honest with myself the ps2 the pinnacle of gaming for me. no sampling of games would every be able to represent the ps2 library well enough at any price point. The PSone classic already crapped the bed so hard it would be near impossible to gain enough faith in sony to merit purchasing another classic system with any optimism; and I'd still be disappointed.

get a nice heat gun and you'll have it up and running in no time.
