Did you have a 3DS XL (older version)?   I have one from 2013 ... I think it is.  Just curious if there is a weight difference between the new and the old.

Yeah I have a Yoshi edition 3DS XL.  It's a bit heavier but it wasn't enough for me to notice really after playing it a couple hours.

@Kinikko when you get yours... would you do a little review with pics of the system?  I'm curious how well the systems looks to the current pics online.

Main complaint I have for it is that it's actually quite heavy compared to my regular 3DS XL.  I don't know if that's just how the "new" ones are though.  It was also kinda tricky for me to get the back panel off to upgrade the memory too, but again that's just the "new" 3DS and not specifically this one. 

I read reviews that this model uses the "inferior" screens, but when they compared side by side to the other model of screen I actually prefer this one because the picture is brighter and I have really bad vision problems lol.  Here's a link to that specific review with the pictures if you want to look yourself.

Overall I do like how it looks.  In pictures the graphics on it do kinda look tacky and cheap but it makes a difference when you have it like in your hands.

Well my 3DS is one of the older ones and I've been wanting to buy one of the "new" models.  Plus I grew up with the SNES and it's my like fav console of all time really.  I've been eyeballing this for a little while and that's all I needed to jump on it.  XD

I applied for an amazon store credit line and got an extra $60 gift card to use toward it.  So it ended up only being $98.99 in the end.

A couple weeks ago we sold a bunch of our old stuff we didn't need and got a PSVR with most of the games they have out for it.  Jacob loves it, and it is pretty cool.  I just need to get new glasses cause my nose piece on this pair is broken and it digs into my nose with the VR on.

I had the bad luck of working every time a show was on.  I've only been able to watch Bethesda and Microsoft's so far.  MS didn't do too badly really, I'd probably rate theirs a B+ or so.  I was a lot less excited for Bethesda though and probably would give them a B.  Still pretty good but nothing I'm personally excited for.

Started playing Jurassic World Evolution.  So far it's pretty good but very frustrating at times.  I got it on PS4 but maybe it'll be a bit better on PC.

I finally got around to playing The Last of Us (with the sequel coming soon). I just got to part where there's a clicker and a bunch of regular zombies and I keep dying to the clicker so I took a break. I'm still fairly early in the game, maybe like an hour or two in.

Clickers are the worst.  I literally stopped playing that game twice in two different spots just because of them.  >_> 

@Kinikko - dumb question...  but how do you add games?

You just download this program and follow the instructions.  You add ROMs to it, so I know some people are iffy on the ethics or whatever of that, but it's never bothered me none.  XD 

You can even install different emulation software and play all kinds of different stuff on it from different consoles.  I've not done this kind of stuff though but it seems pretty straightforward if you just follow the instructions.

I started playing Danganronpa on my PS4.  I have it for vita but i just don't like playing on it much anymore. :/

Just found myself an SNES classic today at Target. :3  I added like 20 additional games to it so now it's got over 40 games. >:3 

Since I last posted I've gotten another 3 or 4 crowns in MH:W.  I also started Danganronpa on my Vita because I've been watching one of my favorite YouTubers let's play it and it really made me want to experience everything for myself. 

Also, I have House Flipper.  It's weirdly satisfying.

Not a clue what the game is, but it's got some pretty cool shit with it.  

Attempting to make eggplant parm using dairy free cheese.  Hopefully it turns out, I've never made it before.  o_oU  Maybe he'll actually eat something somewhat healthy >.<

Still grinding on my crowns on Monster Hunter World.  -_-  Haven't gotten any in the past couple days. 

I seen these at Walmart, but I haven't a clue what they have anything to do with the game.

I'm more a fan of Pokemon Shuffle than Candy Crush.  I think I might have got to like level 20 lol...

Just saw it in IMAX today and absolutely loved it.  I am confused to why they decided to take the pt1 out of the title, and I'm not surprised to find out some people that saw it with me did not understand what was going on and why it had the kind of ending it did.

You probably have to have XBL to play co-op don't you?  I have no $$$ at the moment.  Like I just got paid today and legit only have like $15 to get me through the next 2 weeks.  x.x

Actually been playing a bit of Pokemon Moon lately.  Was watching someone play some pokemon on Youtube so I had an itch and never got around to actually beating it.
