@retro junkie  Wow... this is a thing?    Man.. I'm a bit out of it lol.   The Famicom Mini definitely has a unique design... it's a tad bit crazy.  That's a nice list of games too.

SO... I have to ask... How is Bumping Sumo?  ;D

@targetrasp yeah... I still have a cab.. but I need a new board.    I really have been tempted to sell some of the pieces... but don't want to regret selling some of the stuff.

@retro junkie - I haven't broke mine out in forever... I used to play Windjammers and many games all the time on it... it was staple for years.   Since I've been studying and trying to achieve a few other objectives, I haven't been gaming as much.

@MegaDrive20XX - I know exactly what you mean... you're not alone. I didn't have those exact same problems, but I totally understand having a hard time passing up some of the deals I saw.  It was super easy to over extend and get caught up in the craziness that was the Neo Geo market back in the early 2000's.  It was an interesting time... something that I'm not sure will be experienced again.

There shouldn't be any difference... I'm not sure why there is an issue with it right now.   This is very odd... what browser are you using?   I hate to ask, have you tried to clean your browser (delete history ...etc...)?    Tried another browser?

@retro junkie you still cannot post??

@CreepinDeth how are you doing?  A week has passed... did your test turn out ok?  That really sucks.

I agree... I wish we could all come together to stop the spread - and just care for each other  It sucks not being able to just go do stuff.  No one likes wearing masks and having to do special procedures.  We do though to protect others in addition to our health.  It's all pretty crazy.. Especially not being able just go out and do stuff.

Ok lol... we might check out Hi-score Girl.   We have almost finished 30 Rock... it's been an interesting watch.

Ooo... last Airbender and Korra are awesome.  @Grindspine

I'm thinking about Star Trek Enterprise.  It might be time @retro junkie

@Mai Valentine - what is Arrow?

I thought this article was interesting. It makes sense as well to focus on the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or  new speculative service.  However, I wonder how that will change the price to services offered... or if there will be a decent increase in cost.

Lol welcome to the new thread!   I guess it seems like a retro issue.  I kid.   It seems like we had an increase in 403 errors. I hit a few myself but from different sources

I meant to post this a little bit ago.  I was pre-occupied taking another certification...  however, they added Swimming like Animal Crossing: New Leaf to Animal Crossings: New Horizons.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is adding swimming - theverge.com

I haven't been able to pick up this game yet. It is a 1st for me but hope to pick this up in the near future.

Have you tried swimming yet?   How does it work compared to New Leaf?   Comments / Thoughts?  Post it up!

I have yet to pick up this game.

Dude... I Think my steam library is 6TB?   On my 1 computer... I had all my games installed.  I haven't turned that  PC on in over 1 year... it takes FOREVER to totally reinstall.  If I remember right, I have 2 4TB drives in Raid 0.

I really need to build a new computer.   Maybe next year

@retro junkie ... I hear you.  Call of Duty Modern Warfare  almost takes 200GB.  Updates can be upwards of 30GB.  The only thing that can help is faster internet. However.... Better internal components with better transfer speeds would help a bit as well.

Loading has always been an issues with CD/DVD/Blu-ray based consoles.  I think overall loading has become better.  There is a lot of improvement necessary in the way of downloads and updates though.

@retro junkie - looks like grind gave you a good idea on this  ;D

I thought this was a bit crazy.   To me... you cannot exclude a charger without a design change.  Maybe the portless iPhone will be a thing... inductive charging???  I guess that is another topic for another time. But it's a tad crazy to not include one if the phone needs it.

Check out this article:
Apple might not include a charger with the iPhone 12. Good - theverge.com

Of anyone can pull this off, Apple could.  But I don't think that's best for the consumer ... at all.  And inductive charging is cool...  but not is not cheap.

Thoughts? Comments?  Post it up.

Whst do I want on my laptop?   Good cooling...  killer graphics card... good amounts of ram and disk.... And a hidden LED display on the laptop lid.

I missed Last of Us 2 came out... Last of Us was one heck of a game.

The Last Of Us Part 2 Is Getting Predictably User Score Bombed On Metacritic - Forbes.com

I thought this article was interesting.  They make some solid points... though I don't understand why some would do this. I have not had a chance to play the game... and I've lost track over the past few months with everything going on.

I will setup a preorder link for the game... however, any add on the site will take you there. Remember, you can buy anything through the links including groceries and we get credit for it.

Lol I don't think I have or I briefly watched some of it.  I think I watched one of the links you sent. Samurai shodown is such a good game...  and does this collectors edition come with some cool collector pieces!

I doubt we will see a US collection like this... but if we did, I'll be all over it.

Exactly ... this looks really cool.  Initial estimates show this console is going to be huge. I wonder if that will translate well to the true-to-life size.

I'm pretty pumped for this console. I will be opting for the unit with the optical drive.  I also like the backwards compatibility... but I heard maybe not all games will be available at first.  Probably a ton of articles on that now.

Overall...  I'm pumped!
