We have a few interesting topics going on right now... and interesting world situations that I might call a 1st for the gaming industry.  Right now, AI is causing shortages for RAM and also hard drives.   We have topics for both Ram shortages and Hard Drive Shortages (click the links to participate in those discussions).

I think it's crazy... although, I am happy the Playstation 5 will be viable for a longer period of time.  That... I'm actually ok with.  However, it sucks to push back the PS6 for the above reasons.   I find it insane we truly are at an odd point in history and time.  The disconnect with demand... just doesn't make sense to me.

What are your thoughts on the whole situation as well as the PS6 being potentially delayed?  Would the delay really affect you?   Thoughts, comments... POST IT UP!

While I won't say never, I may have purchased my last new mainstream video game console with the PS5. Outside of the insanely priced neo geo and 3do I've purchased or had purchased for me nearly every new console since the NES. during the tenure of those consoles, most have had dozens and often times hundreds of games purchased for them during their run. I can think of only two that's not been true for, the Virtual Boy and the PS5. The Virtual Boy only had about a dozen games (of which I had 4) and the PS5, I just haven't bought anything for. Never really wanted to. I spent so much money getting one for me and one for my son and neither of us have played much on it. It was exciting to be able actually get one near launch but that wore off. Same thing on the newest Xbox, I didn't buy much, I don't play much. I'm now content playing games on Steam, Epic, and gamepass on my pc. For now, anyway, with the way pc parts are going I may stop buying there too and just work off my back log for the remained of the years I have left.
