Kirby Air Riders for the Nintendo Switch 2 is the sequel to the 2003 GameCube game Kirby Air Ride. I didn't get a whole lot of play on Kirby Air Ride in the past.
Kirby Air Riders has my interest. It looks like a lot of fun... and is not in your standard Kirby style. It's basically a racing version of Kirby.
Features listed:
- Charge, boost, and spin to attack your rivals in this vehicle action game featuring Kirby and crew
- Use the Boost Charge button to brake and control your turns as your machine fights for top speed
- Fill up your Boost Charge Gauge and then release to trigger an explosive dash
- Choose from a variety of riders like Kirby and Meta Knight, each with their own stats and Specials
- Zip around Skyah in City Trial: a free-for-all battle for 16 players online or 8 players via local wireless
- Roam around Skyah to find machines, collect power-ups, and survive unpredictable Field Events
- Take on one of a whole host of different Stadium contests, each with its own objective
- Dash to the finish line in Air Ride, a six-player racing competition that can be played offline, online or via local wireless

OK - I ended up purchasing this game. It is pretty fun. More coming soon... Has anyone else purchased and/or playing this game?
