Title: What are you Building PC wise in 2026?
Post by: BLUEVOODU on October 29, 2026, 06:35:29 PM
Prices are WAY up.  Disk, Ram, GPUs... Oh my!  Building a rig these days is super expensive.  However, there are still some options!

What are you currently building at this time?  What components are you using?  Do you have to sacrifice certain components due to pricing at this time?  You can get by with lower specs these days and still have a great gaming experience.  Go back 15ish+ years and this was harder.  These days, they make the experience much better for all price points in hardware.

We have a few topics on prices increases lol.  Check these topics out:

Thankfully, I bought a beefy laptop JUST before the increases.  I'll create a post on that.  I was able to put in 64GB of memory for $200ish... which I believe that same ram today is $700-800+.  Blows my ever living mind to think about that.  ???

Thoughts, comments... Post it up!
