Ok... I've been more and more interested in Overwatch.  Some of the elements of Overwatch really look like TF2.

I know @mastermario plays... and @SpartanEvolved.  Mastermario is trying to get @Grindspine ... I may pick this game up on the next sale.

Who else plays overwatch?  Would anyone be interested in joining other CDG members to play?

I have  Diablo 3 ready to go again on my laptop.  So... @targetrasp @Grindspine and @Jack ... I think it's time to play.  I never did buy necromancer though.

I checked this out @targetrasp They have some pretty cool videos.  Of course, the guy is from Norway lol.  He does a couple hilarious dances in one of his videos.   I had to watch the feel good Inc metal cover LOL...

I agree with your suggestions @Jack ... and as long as the URL and everything will show ChickenDinnerGaming.  I would like to get back on the page and check a few things out as well.

Personally... I haven't used Facebook in .............. 4-5 years.  I quit the habit. Hopefully I can sign into the EGA page and not have to re-open my account.  Not sure that's possible.

I sure wish they would make an N64 Classic like the others. The games to include are pretty much no-brainers.

I thought it was really cool that they finally released Star Fox 2 after all these years for the SNES Classic. Blew my mind.
I wonder if they might could find some games that were lesser-known or maybe even never released in the US or something, to include on the N64 Classic as well?

Honestly, instead of an N64 Classic, I wish they would do an HD remake of Mario 64 (or Sunshine pleaaaasee) since they've done it with a few games lately (mainly Zelda games, which have been fantastic) so why not give some other games the same treatment? That would be rad.

@Icy How is Star Fox 2?  I think we need a Star Fox 2 topic... this is something I wanted to explore for awhile.

Sunshine Remake would be awesome... I'd be down for that NOW.

Considering HDMI mods can put a N64 in the $400 range (not sure if pricing has come down now)...  I would be down for an N64 classic.  It would be nice for HD remakes of some of the games.  The resolution of N64 on todays screens... it's just not workable... and ugly.  You really need an older CRT to enjoy.  The HMDI mods I've seen for the N64 really bring out the brightness and colors - night and day difference.  If they did this with the N64 classic... it would be perfect.

@Kinikko How is Mario Kart on the 3DS?  LOL... .I used to love that game. 

The Metroid 3DS was pretty cool looking as well.  Not sure anything beats the Majoras Mask version @retro junkie  has.  Lucky     The SNES styled one ... I wanted to jump on it too.  Pfft... Nintendo... making us want to buy more versions of hardware because they look cool.

Well... out of this work was 1st @targetrasp

This game came out as a "fluid motion" and somewhat of a technical master piece (in its own way).   price of Persia used the multiple frames of animation styling - which I looked up and was called rotoscope.  I had to look this up because I couldn't remember lol... yes... I'll admit that.  so... FlashBack used this same technique to get uber fluidity to the animation.

According to what I remember and read... Flashback was a pretty big Commercial success.  I don't think Out of This World made it that big.

Parker gets that crap all the time and just deletes it. Once he killed 3 or 4 with one trap he picked up as those same people had him dead to rights. It's like winning an all in hand with a straight you picked up off the river card. Complete luck but it's awesome when it happens and pisses off everyone else involved.

@targetrasp HAHA! Oh man... that's awesome.   Someone hit me with their trap a couple weeks ago.  I was pisssssedd off.   

I never seem to get anyone with my traps. I have a 10+ kills with them... but few and far between.

Did you have a 3DS XL (older version)?   I have one from 2013 ... I think it is.  Just curious if there is a weight difference between the new and the old.

As far as the screens... I can definitely see yours is brighter.  The reviewer must be able to see something their picture doesn't show.  I cannot see a marked difference... maybe it's something with the brightness that throws something else off?

@targetrasp That is very true.  I've been thinking about buying and selling - A LITTLE BIT here and there.  Nothing like I was.  The formula is pretty easy... but it's the years you have to wait - which could be worth it for a little space and no harm no foul.  Then you think about what you made on that purchase... or if that $$ would've made a little more in the market.

@retro junkie - It's definitely an interesting game.  Not something that will keep a lot of attention for super long periods of time... but you know how those games were made back then.  It was fun to play... interesting.  AT LEAST... that's how I remember it

That really SUCKS... I know it's tough to be a manager at times too.   I wanted to be a manager for years, but not sure I want to get out of technical now.  I guess I could be a technical manager... anyway...

And fair enough on the moving and getting a head set.  I created a PS4 headset topic... we will see what I come up with and if it's less than 4 months lol.

To be honest... I've been out of gaming builds because I went to Computer Builders Anonymous and stopped getting the itch to build every 6 months.... well... every year.  Since 2013 I've been using the same build and still max everything out at 1080p.  Another discussion... another time.   So what's the hype?  Why is this so much better than other AMD's ... and other Intel chips that have been superior in the past.   

I understand AMD for a long time had the price component... they were cheaper, but you knew to accept less performance.  It really looks like AMD over the last generation of chips is trying to change this.

So... I've always been a AMD CPU fan.  I've had NVidia graphics processors before... several.  But I've always been a fan of AMD GPUS.

Now.... I  have not looked into what compatibility PS4 has yet - so don't sacrifice me on that point.   I have an older Logitech G35 headset that still works like a champ.  I really like it... BUT for PC.  I haven't looked into PS4 to see if drivers and stuff are compatible.  I doubt it and would be shocked if so 

With that said... What PS4 headsets do you like?  What would you want (if you had the choice)...  And / Or what do you own?   and please provide links.

I used to use just an ear piece for Playstation 3.  I had a Turtle Beach one... and also the original uncomfortable ear hole splitting PS3 headset - Sony version I Think it was.  They did well.  I would be ok with those type again... as I don't necessarily like a full headset with noise cancellation when I'm gaming in a room with other people.  It has a rage effect on me when I cannot hear what's going on. lol

oh... I also have a Plantronics Bluetooth headset I use for my phone... maybe that will work just fine.  In fact, I think I will test that out now.

I like the new theme and would of course switch to dark ASAP, but is there a way to modify it so the left bar is anchored to the window and not the top left of the site? So it's always floating and accessible as we scroll down through a topic? Maybe move the hamburger "minimize sidebar" button to it as a left / right arrow?

Those are good suggestions @trkorecky .   I think @Kinikko wanted the darker colored theme as well.   At some point, I'll develop a darker theme based off this one.   

I will looking into potentially changing the 3 bar to an arrow and the float.   That would be more helpful IMO.  Not sure how hard it'll be to change everything right now.  Trying to keep everything as close to stock for the time being - customizing has changed since we were on the last version of SMF.   I Will definitely look into this though.

I totally missed it this year due to stuff going on... However, I noticed there was no topic for this!

It was okay.  I thought the entire plot only existed to setup for the next movie.

@Kinikko definitely CANNOT disagree with that point.  That was made pretty obvious by the ending.. which I will not spoil.    It's cool they are moving the series forward.  I wonder where they will go next with the story.

your bottom suggestion sounds like another cool addition too... I Would love to get the backlog tracker and database going.  I had to take a small hiatus... but looking to get things back on track.   Eventually... there could be integration in with reviews, FAQs and other stuff.  Even thinking about cross site linking to major reviewers... but we will see.  Also, notify us in case of bad information - should be something that allows users to help fill in missing information.

I have a test site now... I don't have everything setup quite yet - working on it.  Once the software is installed (hopefully in the week)... I'm going to start playing around with the concept.. and review information sent by @medataoh and a couple others.  The database will probably be a new / separate database from the forums.

@trkorecky and @medataoh if you're down to help... I'll accept all the help I can get.  I'm not as strong on the programming side as other sides.   Definitely going to meet this one head on 1st... not sure what to ask for help wise yet.

We saw this movie a week or two ago... and wondered what you all thought about the movie.   There was definitely some good... and some bad... but overall I Thought it was pretty good. 

No spoilers from me yet (again lol)... but I'm surprised infinity war hasn't ruined this movie as well

My daughter was playing Fort Nite the other day... and got a lucky kill on someone.   They wrote my PS4 account saying how !$#!@#! lucky we were and we were garbage.  LOL... it was a lucky kill.  BUT... I sent the person a crying baby emoticon and blocked them LOL 

Sucks to suck I guess. 


They were a smurf though... or something.   They had a low level account and only played Fort Nite.
