I figured since this is a video game forum, we should probably have a video game awards topic. 

Clair Obscure Expedition 33 seems to be running away with a lot of awards, as people predicted. Lots of new announcements. The new Tomb Raider games are intriguing me but not sure if any other upcoming games are enticing me.

Here are the trailers for the new Tomb Raider games.

TR: Legacy of Atlantis is another remake of the very first game from 1996.

TR: Catalyst appears to be some type of sequel. Not sure where it falls canonically but seems to reference both the original series and the latest Crystal Dynamic series. We'll see what it turns out to be.

I haven't finished Clair Obscure yet so I'm trying to avoid spoilers    But honestly I bought the game based mostly on the music in the trailer being top tier, and it's a great game so far so I understand why it won so many awards.

I still haven't purchased it and probably won't for a while. Usually wait until it hits a good price. Probably under $20.

A lot of the games that were nominated I haven't played at all. I would say I haven't heard of 50% of them. Like the one that won the fan vote.

I checked a good portion of the awards out.  You know... Audio Mech looks kinda cool.  Escape from Duckov looks interesting as well LOL. Tomb Raider looks pretty cool.

Maybe it's just me right now... a lot of these games just look like the same thing over and over again.

LOL... Doom for all Slayers.  Pretty cool they did the accessibility work they did.  I love how they chimed in with them Bidness buzz words.  "Executed" on that.

Best Esports game... Counter-Strike 2.  Yup.  @SpartanEvolved and I started playing here and there and got rated lol.  However stopped for whatever reason.

Last... I loved when they went to Lego Batman "You want get nuts?!  Let's Get Nutz!"  I love that and then the subsequent song in Lego Batman LOL

That's how I felt as well. Was really hoping for a Half-Life 3 announcement, only to be duped by a Mega-Man announcement, lol.
