looks like there's a planned update that'll bring the master chief collection to utilize xboxonex's 4k and hdr capabilities as well as upgrade matchmaking.

i'll likely pick up this collection now, as well as halo 5, if for nothing else just to get caught up.

Halo 5 multiplayer is really not that bad, it's actually pretty fun.

I've got at S8 as well. I'm not in love with it by any means. I think Samsung adds too much of an overlay to android to even call it android.

Apples are too finicky for me. At least once a month a coworker or family member is coming up to me with a "my speaker doesn't work" or "the phone repeats every word" or "my battery isn't charging like it used to" or "I can't get on your guest network"

They're all simple fixes and ios is probably one of the easier user interfaces out there, I just can't pay $1,000 for a new phone... although brand new the s8 wasn't much cheaper...

The only issues I've ever had with mine are the charge ports get dirty really easily and that's a simple fix. I guess I'm just one of the lucky people who never really has phone issues.

And yeah, the price is steep but I can afford it so I don't really care that much.

It's a damn shame they never made another Pokémon Snap. They could do soooooo much with modern technology.

Gh05tx0fxOlympus is mine.
@Jack  what happened go Kratosfan.. I think it was.  I tried to message you there early on  ;D

That was my first one that I used but I got trapped because I forgot the password to that account and the password to the email that was associated with it, lmao. So I just made a new one several years ago.

Nice list! Here's my list in no particular order...

Super Mario 64
Ocarina of Time
Smash Bros
Mario Party 1 and 2
Pokemon Stadium
Pokemon Snap
Gauntlet Legends (holy shit this game is amazing)
Paper Mario
Yoshi's Story
Doom 64 (highly underrated gem)
Starfox 64
Turok 1 and 2
Banjo Kazooie
Mario Kart 64

There are more games that I could definitely add to that list, but that about sums up the ones I can think of off the top of my head. The N64 is, without a doubt, my favorite system of all time.

What cell phone do you currently use as your daily device?

I've been with Apple since the beginning of the iPhone back in 2006 and I have stuck with them ever since. I currently have the iPhone X and I love it. Bring on the hate.  :P

With the popularity and high demand of the NES/SNES classic systems, do you think Nintendo will continue the trend with an N64 classic?

I personally think so but I think the N64 classic is where they will stop, since the Gamecube is where things become less retro and they are disc formatted (and still able to play on Wii systems). I foresee it being about $149.99 and including gems like Super Mario 64, Ocarina of Time, Starfox 64, Super Smash Bros, Pokemon Stadium, and many more timeless classics. Do you think it will happen and if so what games do you think they'll include?!

I saw the official PSN thread but I didn't see one for XBL gamertags so here it is! Comment yours and I'll edit it into the list.

Just had a chicken caesar wrap from subway, pretty okay.
#106
I sure did. I was already planning on posting a lot anyway so maybe I'll just end up with a prize for it, haha.

@BLUEVOODU  You can still find games online. I'll hop on the Halo 3 playlist from time to time and I can usually find games.
#108
I'm off every Sunday and usually have Saturday nights off.
#109
@BLUEVOODU I've never recommended a game more in my life. It is absolutely worth the full price, I don't think the game will go down anytime soon.

Doom is amazing and, IMHO, the best shooter that's come out in a LONG time.

I bought into it because I still have a good bit of friends that play on Xbox Live and I honestly prefer playing shooters on the Xbone. The Xbox controller feels more oriented to shooters, IMO.

I definitely agree with this. I still prefer the layout of Microsoft's controllers over the Dualshock in general.

Fighting/Action/RPG are better with the Dualshock and FPS/Racing is better on the Xbox controller, IMO.

Been playing God of War like crazy since release. I'm currently on the final Valkyrie fight, the Valkyrie Queen, and holy shit is she hard. I still haven't beaten her. xD

You'll get her! I just beat her today myself. (≧∇≦)/

I started up Dark Souls 2 Remastered today with a friend just to run through it again before Dark Souls 1 Remastered hits.

Also, I'm cleaning up trophies in God of War. I have the impossible challenges and just one last region of Midgard to 100%.
┗(^0^)┓

I got her down to a QUARTER of her health earlier and then I died to some cheap shit, man. I'm gonna get her, her ass is mine. I also plan on 100%ing the game after I defeat her.

Happy birthday, dude!

Beating a pokemon game(espcially the first 3 gens) were some kind of experience. I was 8 years old, and it was Christmas morning when my parents gave me a present to open, and it was the special edition pokemon GBC that came with yellow version. And they bought me red and blue to go with it. It was amazing back then, but thinking about it now, I realize how truly awesome it was because they must have saved for the whole year to get it for me. I remember beating it like 8-9 months later, because I couldn't wrap my head around the different types or how they worked, So I just grinded my bulbasaur up to 20 or 30 levels higher than everything else to win. And as more games came out I played them, but each game I played always brought me back to that one moment when I was 8.

My first game was Yellow version and I got so hung up on Brock's gym because I couldn't figure out why my Pikachu kept getting owned by Geodude and Onix. Weeks later I finally figured out I had to go catch a Caterpie so I could evolve it into a Butterfree so it would learn confusion, lol.

I have a Titan gaming chair by Secret Labs and I personally love it. It's meant for taller and larger people so it's perfect for my type of build.

@Jack  OOooo... Fancy.  That chair looks pretty cool.  Pricy... but looks good.  I might check this out in the future.  I still just use an Executive Leather chair. I've had it about 10 years now - not bad for $150 back then.  The Titan chair looks pretty cool.

I dig the Titan Napa... but not sure it's worth $999

The Titan Napa is nice but yeah the price is just too much. I bet it's comfy though, it apparently uses the same type of leather that they use in luxury first class airplane seats.

@BLUEVOODU

It looks absolutely FANTASTIC, the visuals are breathtaking. It's not often that I'll stop playing a game just to pan the camera around and get a good grasp of the environment but this game definitely made me do that at several points. The environments are out of this world. As for how the game plays/handles, it's completely different than the other games. It plays from the third person perspective and has a new combat system entirely, more akin to Dark Souls. There are still some nods to the original GoW combat (such as rage mode and certain special attacks) but it's a new experience entirely. The game has a loot system, crafting system, and skill trees that are super in-depth compared to previous versions. 10/10 would recommend this title.

@Mai Valentine

So this is technically a sequel to GoW 3 but it's also a reboot of the series, if that makes sense. Like I said above, it has an entirely new combat system and mechanics. There a LOT of nods to Kratos' past in this game so having knowledge of the previous titles is definitely a plus and makes the experience better overall, I would say, but it is not completely necessary in order to enjoy the game. I know plenty of people who have little to no experience playing the other games and they loved this game which actually made them want to play the other ones. It starts up a new story entirely so you can definitely jump into this one and have an incredible adventure, even without knowledge of previous games.

Yup, I'm on PC. If y'all want to get on and play sometime I'm totally game. I'll start a new seasonal character.

Welcome back, brother!

It's good to be back!

Although I haven't played in a while, I've mainly played League of Legends as my primary online game. I'll hop on PUBG every now and again, but I've really just been on single player games as of late.

I was like 15 when I first joined EGA and wreaked havoc across the boards. Now I'm 26 years old and being an asshole is a phase that I have grown out of (for the most part). I am so happy to see a bunch of familiar users here and I hope this board lives long and prospers.
